General Community & NorthBay
We are inviting you to participate in a very unique opportunity.
In this three week online study you will learn a simple, clinically proven mindfulness practice, that reduces stress and anxiety, while stimulating the immune system and increasing well being. There is no cost to participate in the study, we are offering it for free.
The study requires your participation in 4 one hour weekly presentations where you will learn the practice. You can do this from the comfort of your home or office. Then, each day for three weeks, all we ask is that you make a few entries in a diary to keep track of your progress. You will also be asked to complete a pre and post study questionnaire, which will take 30-45 minutes. It’s that simple!
The number of people participating will be limited, so don’t wait to sign up. And not only is this a chance for you to improve your physical and emotional health, but it’s a unique opportunity to do something for other people during this pandemic, because after the study is completed, the results will be shared with other medical establishments around the country, and hopefully around the world.
During this stressful time, we are all looking for tools to help us cope better. We are offering you something is not available anywhere else. And, by the way, the course is fun and entertaining as well as we hope it is effective and beneficial for you. We’re looking forward to meeting you and working with you in the coming weeks.
Yours in wellness,
Michael Amster MD and Jake Eagle LPC
